  • Software Support – STG software support ensures complete system coverage that identifies and resolves system software issues as quickly as possible. In addition to standard support, we have a mission critical offering that can be enhanced to include a committed response.

  • End of Life (EOL) Continuation – If your organization has seriously reduced your budget for IT assets, we can help you build out the capacity of the  hardware systems you’re running today.  We offer fixed-price EOL continuation services to install additional memory, more and/or faster processors, and additional and/or larger hard drives.  For a single price, STG will scope, acquire, and install your upgrades while ensuring their compatibility with your existing systems.
